Young people today face more pressure, more uncertainty, and more noise than ever. The skills that truly shape a successful life — resilience, confidence, financial awareness, and the ability to turn ideas into action — are rarely taught. We built this programme to change that.

Opportunity should not depend on background or income. That is why our mission is to make the entire programme 100% free for all 16–24-year-olds. No barriers. No gatekeeping. Just access to the tools and support they deserve.

What Is
Ben's Book?
Ben's Book: A Father's 26-Step Blueprint for Moving from Rock Bottom to an Extraordinary Life is the intellectual and emotional heart of the Youth Entrepreneurship Programme. Rather than a dry textbook, it is a 188-page coaching narrative written by Co-Founder Martin Foster — a story written for his son, Ben, who represents the nearly one million young people in the UK currently Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET).
The Protagonist (Ben)
A school leaver who has finished his A-levels but finds himself standing at a dead end, paralyzed by the 'shame of the duvet' and the loss of the traditional career path.
